Very EXCELLENT and INCREDIBLE work! Roy, Brian and Jason were not only very professional about the communication, but they also mentioned step by step what was wrong with my machine (washer) and why the issue was happening. They worked together from all angles and they were comfortable having me there to ensure I had any questions answered. After a few extra details and troubleshooting issues, the matter was resolved and they made sure things were back the way they left them. Truly remarkable service, friendly and most importantly, very easy to engage with any questions I had. Thank you guys so much for your hard work. Cannot say enough good things about Jason and his father. I found them when I Googled and based on previous reviews thought I'd give them a try. I knew I'd be happy when his dad answered the phone at 10:10 on a Tuesday night and said they'd be here the very next morning to have a look at my two fridges that were acting up. They certainly know their stuff. They arrived right on time and 45 minutes later they were on their way. Both very pleasant and the price was right. My dishwasher stopped on Sunday evening. I called BGAS and they came out nearly first thing Monday morning. Checked over everything in the machine, reset it and all appears fine again.
